Module, Intrusion: Removal

- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.
- Remove the second row seating overhead lamp assembly from the headliner. Refer to LAMP, DOME, READING, REMOVAL .
- Reach through the headliner overhead lamp opening to access and disconnect the jumper wire harness and overhead wire harness electrical connectors from the Intrusion Transceiver Module (ITM) (2) connector receptacles (3).
- Slide the ITM past the snap feature (4) of the mounting bracket (1) on the headliner substrate.
- Remove the ITM through the headliner overhead lamp opening.
