CROSSMEMBER, Front Fore And Aft: Installation

- Install the front engine mount (3) on the crossmember. Install the mounting fasteners (2) and damper (1). Tighten the fasteners to the proper torque specifications.
- Position the fore-aft crossmember in the engine compartment and install the mounting fasteners. Tighten the forward mounting fasteners at the radiator support to the proper torque specifications. (Torque Specifications) Tighten the rearward mounting fasteners at the suspension crossmember to the proper torque specifications. (Torque Specifications)
- Install the front engine mount fastener (2). Tighten the fastener to the proper torque specifications.
- If equipped, install the engine belly pan.
- Lower the vehicle.
