Removal And Installation: Removal

NOTE:

When replacing the sensor, connect the diagnostic tool, enter "Diagnosis active" and run the self-learning procedure.

  1. Remove the starter. Refer to STARTER, REMOVAL .

  2. Disconnect the wire harness connection (1) for the engine crankshaft position sensor.
  3. Remove the screw (2) and remove the crankshaft position sensor.
