NOTE:

Always use Mopar tool 10288 when removing hose clamps to avoid damaging the clamp. If the hose or the fitting is not replaced, the same hose clamp can be re-used given it is installed in the same orientation and same location on the hose. If the fitting or the hose is replaced, a new hose clamp should be used.

Position the coolant bottle into the mounts.
Install the mounting screw (3). Tighten to 8 Nm (70 lbf-in).
Install the lower supply hose (4).
Install the return hose (1).
Fill the cooling system. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
