P0741-00 Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Performance Stuck Off: Notes

- When Monitored
The Ignition Switch is ON.
- The system voltage greater than 10.5 Volts.
- The Transmission Control Module (TCM) is not operating in a diagnostic service mode.
- Engine speed is greater than a calibrated value than 400 RPM.
- No Engine speed sensor electrical failure.
- No CAN Bus-Off fault has been detected.
- No ECM Communication fault has not been detected.
- The TCM is not operating in limp home mode.
- Gear in D for 4000ms.
- Engine coolant temperature greater than 40°C (104°F).
- Oil temperature greater than 20°C (68°F).
- SLU greater than 513kpa (74.4 PSI).
- No input speed or output speed sensor faults have been detected.
- No shift solenoid faults have been detected.
- No linear solenoid faults have been detected.
- No oil temperature sensor faults have been detected.
- No gear selector position sensor faults have been detected.
- No engine coolant temperature faults have been detected.
- No engine torque faults have been detected.
- No throttle faults have been detected.
- No gas pedal faults have been detected.
- Speed is greater than 22 khm/h.
- In 4th, 5th or 6th gear.
- Throttle greater than calibrated value.
- Engine torque greater than calibrated value.
- Set Condition
Engine speed minus Input speed is greater than or equal to 100 rpm for two seconds for two consecutive ignition cycles.
- Default Actions
- MIL will be illuminated.
- Torque Converter Clutch (TCC) disabled.
