EVCU is powered on.

No Power Electronics DTCs set.

Vehicle in active charging mode.

EVCU cool down timer is greater than or equal to 10 minutes.

EVCU has commanded the Power Electronics Coolant Pump to run at 80% for at least 1 minute.
