Set Condition

The Battery Pack Control Module (BPCM) detects that the high voltage battery current shunt to shunt sensor circuit is out of range. With one current sensor fault the EVS lamp is illuminated but vehicle operation is not affected during the current drive cycle. With two or more current sensor faults, the EVS lamp is illuminated, vehicle power is limited and vehicle is disabled at the next drive cycle.
