Weber 28/30 DHTA 2-Barrel: Description

Carburetor is two barrel downdraft design. This unit uses a diaphragm type accelerator pump, a crankcase ventilation device, carbon monoxide idling control device, excess fuel recycling device (from carburetor to fuel tank), anti-dieseling solenoid and a dashpot. A choke unloader is used to prevent excessively rich mixtures when cold starting. This system operates both by vacuum and mechanical lever and spring action. Also featured is a coolant-heated automatic choke system.
