Test NTC-17B: Checking Evaporative Emissions Systems

NOTE: Perform TEST NTC-17A  before proceeding.

Disconnect vacuum line at EVAP canister side that goes to EVAP solenoid. Attempt to blow air through vacuum line that goes to canister. If vacuum line allows air to pass, replace EVAP canister. Perform TEST VER-2A . If vacuum line does not allow air to pass, repair or replace vacuum line. Perform TEST VER-2A .
