Test No. 6

  1. Disconnect ABS-ECU connector. Turn ignition on. Using a voltmeter, check for voltage between ground and ABS-ECU wiring harness connector terminal No. 25. See Figure . If battery voltage exists, go to step 3). If battery voltage does not exist, go to next step.
  2. Inspect connectors between Hydraulic Control Unit (HCU) and instrument cluster. Clean or repair as necessary. Verify if original problem still exists. If problem still exists, check Green/Red wire between ABS-ECU and instrument cluster. Repair as necessary.
  3. Inspect ABS-ECU connector. Clean or repair as necessary. Verify if original problem still exists. If problem still exists, replace ABS-ECU.
