Transmitter Will Not Lock Or Unlock

Ensure RKE module has power and a good ground. Remove batteries from transmitter. Check voltage across both batteries. If there is not 6 volts, replace batteries. If system still does not operate, replace transmitter. See TRANSMITTER PROGRAMMING  .
