Test 50A - Repairing Dome Lamp Switch

NOTE: For connector terminal identification, see CONNECTOR  IDENTIFICATION. For wiring diagram, see WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Perform TEST VER-1 after each repair.

Gain access to left pod switch. See Figure . Disconnect left pod switch connector. Check, clean and repair connections as needed. Ensure all doors are closed. Connect jumper wire between left pod switch connector Yellow wire and ground. If courtesy lamps illuminate, replace left pod switch. If courtesy lamps do not illuminate, repair open left pod switch connector Yellow wire.
