Combination Meter Circuit
- If all other warning lights glow with ignition switch in ON position, go to step 3). If other warning lights do not glow, check fuse No. 11 in main fuse panel. If fuse is okay, go to next step. If fuse is blown, correct cause of blown fuse, and replace fuse.
- Remove combination meter. Turn ignition switch to ON position. Using a DVOM, measure voltage between combination meter connector terminal No. 14 (Black/White wire) and ground. See Fig 1
. If battery voltage exists, repair or replace combination meter. If battery voltage does not exist, repair wiring between fuse No. 11 and combination meter.
- Turn ignition switch to OFF position. Check for faulty warning light bulb. Replace bulb as necessary. If bulb is okay, ensure instrument panel, engine compartment, body and ABS wiring harness connectors have good connections. If wiring harness connections are okay, check ECU, valve relays and both drive circuits for broken wire. Repair as necessary.
