Fuel Pump - All Wheel Drive: Removal

  1. Fuel pump and fuel gauge is contained in one unit and is located inside fuel tank. Release fuel pressure. See FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE RELEASE  . Drain fuel from tank.
  2. Remove fuel pump access cover. See Fig 1 . Disconnect high pressure fuel line. Disconnect fuel pump connector. Remove fuel pump bolts and pump from fuel tank.
