Removal & Installation
- Disconnect negative battery cable. Drain coolant. Disconnect vacuum hoses. Disconnect air by-pass hose. Remove air intake hose and air cleaner.
- Remove water pipe and water hoses. Remove splash shield. Remove intercooler bolts. Remove intercooler.
- To install, reverse removal procedure. Torque all bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS at end of this article. Add necessary coolant. Check for water leaks.
