Removal & Installation
- Disconnect negative battery cable. Release fuel system pressure. See FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE RELEASE
in this article. Remove fuel rail assembly. See FUEL RAIL & REGULATOR ASSEMBLY

- Remove clip holding fuel injector to fuel rail. See Fig 1
. Pull injector from fuel rail. To install, reverse removal procedure. Lubricate injector "O" ring with a drop of engine oil. Connect negative battery cable. Turn ignition switch to ON position to pressurize fuel system. Check fuel system for leaks.
