Stabilizer Bar, Front: Removal

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
2. Remove both tire and wheel assemblies. Refer to REMOVAL .
3. Remove both stabilizer bar links. Refer to LINK, STABILIZER BAR, REMOVAL .

4. On each side of the stabilizer bar, remove the stabilizer bar bushing retainer bolts (1).
5. Slowly rotate the stabilizer bar as necessary and remove it out through the passenger side wheel opening.

INSTALLATION 

During installation, torque the fasteners to the specifications in the torque table(s) below.

Follow the removal procedure in reverse for general reassembly of the components on the vehicle. The steps listed below are calling out specific procedures that should be followed during installation.
