Removal And Installation: Installation

1. Install the exhaust heat shield (3) to the floor pan and tighten the fasteners (1) to the proper torque specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
2. Install NEW  rivets (2) to the support bracket.
3. Install the muffler. Refer to MUFFLER, EXHAUST, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

4. Install the middle exhaust heat shield (2) and tighten the fasteners (1) to the proper torque specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
5. Install the exhaust pipe. Refer to PIPE, EXHAUST, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

6. Install the front heat shield (2) to the floor pan and tighten the fasteners (1) to the proper torque specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
7. Install the exhaust pipe. Refer to PIPE, EXHAUST, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
8. Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
