Removal And Installation: Removal
- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
- Remove both covers to expose both bolts in the interior door bezel.
- Remove both bolts (1).
- Using a trim stick, pry up on the bezel until loose from the door trim panel.
- Disconnect the wiring harness connector (1).
- Remove the lock rod retainer (2) by pulling it off of the lock rod.
- Pull the lock rod (back out of) the bezel (1).
- Remove the bezel from the vehicle.
