Removal And Installation: Installation

  1. Position the load beam (2) back into the crossmember (3) and onto the frame (1).

  2. Install the load beam extension (2) and install the bolts (1).
  3. Install the crossmember bolts (3) and tighten the bolts (2 and 3) to the proper torque specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .

  4. Position the brackets (3) back into place, install the bolts (1) and hand tighten only.
  5. If equipped, install the belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
