Cooling System: Engine: Thermostat: Installation: Coolant-Crossover: Installation

1. Clean the gasket sealing surfaces.
2. Install a NEW  gasket onto the coolant crossover.
   NOTE:

   The shorter M6 mounting bolts (2), bolt directly to the engine timing cover.

3. Install the coolant crossover and tighten the M6 bolts in a crisscross pattern to the proper torque specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
4. Install the heater supply hose to the coolant crossover (1).

5. Install the bracket and the engine mount (2). Refer to INSULATOR, ENGINE MOUNT, REAR, INSTALLATION .

6. Install the thermostat housing. Refer to THERMOSTAT, INSTALLATION .

7. IF removed, install the belly pan (1) and securely tighten the fasteners (2, 3).
8. Fill the cooling system off. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
