Section 13 (Rear Suspension): Spring(S): Installation

NOTE:
The installation process is the same for both sides of the vehicle.
NOTE:
The rear coil springs are interchangeable.
- Install the coil spring (2) with the isolators into the spring pocket of the spring link, fitting the lower isolator to the shape of the pocket, then align the top of the spring with the body mount.
- Install the rear crossmember assembly. Refer to CROSSMEMBER, TRANSMISSION, INSTALLATION .
- Install the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to INSTALLATION .
- Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
- Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector.
