Link, Spring: Removal

- Raise and support vehicle. Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Remove the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to REMOVAL
.
- Position a suitable jack (1) under the spring link.
- Remove the shock absorber. Refer to SHOCK ABSORBER, SUSPENSION, REMOVAL .
- Carefully lower the jack and remove the rear spring.
- Remove the spring link to knuckle bolt (1).
- Remove the spring link to crossmember bolt (2).
- Remove the spring link (3).
