Positive Battery
- Install the positive battery (2) cable into the vehicle from the interior side of the vehicle, install the retainer (1) from the positive battery cable junction block and tighten securely
- Install the passenger side cowl extension.
- Route the battery positive cable and connect it to the battery positive post and tighten the nut to the proper torque specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Install the floor pan reposition the floor covering.
- Install the passenger side instrument panel silencer.
- Install the passenger side cowl trim panel. Refer to PANEL, COWL TRIM, SIDE, INSTALLATION .
- Install the front passenger seat. Refer to SEAT, FRONT, INSTALLATION .
- Connect the negative battery cable and tighten the nut to the proper torque specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

- Install the battery cover (1).
