Pipe, Exhaust CROSSUNDER: Removal

  1. Disconnect the negative battery.
  2. Raise the vehicle.
  3. If equipped, remove lower belly pan.

  4. Remove the front flange (4) nuts from the flange studs.

  5. Remove the rear flange nuts (3).

  6. Remove the two cross-under support (2) bolts.
  7. Remove the front muffler/resonator pipe grommet (4).
  8. Using a jack or suitable stand. Position the stand under the muffler piping to help support and aid in removal from the cross-under pipe.
  9. Remove the cross-under pipe (4) from vehicle and discard gaskets.

  10. If required, remove the cross under support bracket (1).
