Fan, Cooling: Removal: Gas

Remove the engine cover.
Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
Partially drain the cooling system below the upper radiator hose. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .

Remove the overflow tubing (2).
Remove the overflow bottle (1) by pulling the bottle upwards.

Remove the upper radiator hose (3) and position aside.
Disconnect the wiring harness (2) to the cooling fan assembly (1) and the low speed resistor.

Remove the radiator fan (3) by pressing the retaining clips (2) in and lifting upwards to release it from the mounts.
