NOTE:
Use exploded view for assembly.
- Install the valves in the valve body.NOTE:
The valve body contains some check balls that are pressed into a tapered bore (1). These check balls are not removable
NOTE:Locations of check balls are very important. Please compare from disassembly the location of these check balls.
- Install the check balls (2) if equipped.
- Install the inner separator plate (1).
- Install the outer separator plate (1).
- Install the transfer plate (1).
- Install the fasteners (1) at the transfer plate (2) and tighten to. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
- Install the pressure control solenoid (2) to the valve body.
- Install the bolt (1) at the pressure control solenoid (2) and tighten to. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
- Install the pressure control sensor (2) on the valve body.
- Install the fasteners (1) to the pressure control sensor and tighten to. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
- Install the solenoid pack (1) on the valve body (2).
- Turn valve body over and install the clamp plate (2) on the valve body.
- Install the clamp plate fasteners (1) and tighten to. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
- Connect the pressure control solenoid and pressure control sensor wire harness connectors (1&2).
