Front Solenoid 1/1

  1. Solenoid for front location 1/1. Note mounting tab location is different between front and rear solenoids.

  2. Install solenoid into cylinder head.
  3. Install the mounting bolt and tighten to the proper torque specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .

  4. Install oil pressure sensor.
  5. Connect electrical connector to oil pressure sensor.
  6. Connect electrical connector to Variable valve timing solenoid.
  7. Connect the negative battery cable.
  8. Install the engine cover.
