Sensor, Accelerator Pedal Position: Installation

The accelerator pedal and APPS (Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor) are serviced as a complete assembly.

1. Install the accelerator pedal/APPS assembly (2) and securely tighten screw (1).

2. Connect the APPS wire harness connector (3).
3. Before starting engine, operate accelerator pedal to check for any binding.
4. Connect the negative battery cable.
