2.4L 1/2 Intake

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the engine cover. (Refer to ENGINE COVER ).
  3. Reposition the engine wiring harness to gain access to the intake CMP wiring harness connector.

  4. Disconnect the Camshaft Position (CMP) sensor wire harness connector (1).

  5. Remove the CMP sensor mounting screw (1).
  6. Remove the CMP sensor (2).
