Capacitor, Ignition: Removal: Removal

1. Disconnect the battery negative cable (4).

2. Remove the intake manifold. Refer to MANIFOLD, INTAKE, REMOVAL .
3. Disconnect the ignition capacitor (2) electrical connector.

4. Remove the sensor mounting bolt (1).
5. Remove the ignition capacitor (2) from the engine block (3).
