2.0L Diesel

  1. Apply MOPAR™ thread sealant with PFTE part number 04318034 to sensor threads.
  2. Install the Engine Cooling Temperature (ECT) sensor (2) and tighten to 11 N.m (8 ft. lbs.).
  3. Connect the ECT sensor wire harness connector (1).

  4. Install the engine cover (1).
  5. Fill the cooling system. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
  6. Connect the negative battery cable.
