NOTE:

Care must be taken not to damage the radiator cooling fins and tubes during installation.

Lower the radiator into mounting position and reconnect Charge Air Cooler to radiator. Tighten bolts to 8 N.m (70 in. lbs.).
Position the A/C condenser against radiator and engage lock tabs.
Install the cooling fan. Tighten the upper bolts to 6 N.m (55 in. lbs.).
Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
Connect the charge air cooler hoses.
Install the lower cooling fan bolts and tighten to 6 N.m (55 in. lbs.).
Connect the lower radiator hose.
Connect the cooling fan wire harness connector.
Close the radiator draincock.
Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
Tighten the radiator fan shroud fasteners to 6 N.m (55 in. lbs.).
Install the upper radiator hose.
Install the grille.
Install the air cleaner body assembly.
Fill the cooling system with appropriate coolant. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
Connect the negative battery cable.
Operate the engine until it reaches normal operating temperature. Check the cooling system for correct fluid level.
