1 - WATER PUMP

2 - MOUNTING BOLT

3 - WATER INLET TUBE NUTS

4 - INLET WATER TUBE

Using a NEW gasket, install the water pump (3). Tighten the bolts (2) to 24 N.m (18 ft. lbs.).
Install the water inlet tube (4) and gasket onto water pump (1). Tighten the bolts (3) to 24 N.m (18 ft. lbs.).
Install drive belt splash shield.
Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
Install the serpentine belt. Refer to BELT, SERPENTINE, INSTALLATION .
Evacuate air and refill the cooling system. Refer to PUMP, WATER, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
Check the cooling system for leaks. Refer to LEAK TESTING .
