When Monitored

This diagnostic runs when the following conditions are met:

• After a small leak monitor failure, the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) initiates an intrusive test to determine leak size on the next cold start when the following conditions are met:
  • Manifold vacuum greater than a calculated minimum value.
  • Ambient temperature between 4°C and 43°C (39°F and 109°F).
  • Fuel Level between 12% and 88%.
  • The elevation is below 8000 feet.
