Radiator, Engine Cooling: Removal: Gas
- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
- Drain the cooling system Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Recover the refrigerant from the refrigerant system. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE

- Remove upper radiator crossmember and position out of way. Refer to CROSSMEMBER, RADIATOR, REMOVAL

- Remove the coolant recovery bottle. Refer to BOTTLE, COOLANT RECOVERY, REMOVAL .
- Remove the radiator fan. Refer to FAN, COOLING, REMOVAL .

- Remove the nuts (3) that secure the A/C discharge line (1) and the A/C liquid line (4) to the condenser tapping block (2).
- Remove screw (5) that secures the condenser taping block to the radiator located in the right corner of the engine compartment.
- Disconnect the A/C discharge and liquid lines from the condenser tapping block and remove and discard the O-ring seals and gaskets.
- Install plugs in, or tape over the opened refrigerant line fittings and condenser ports.

- Remove upper (1) and lower (2) radiator hoses.
- Disengage the condenser retaining tabs
- Disengage the radiator retaining tabs.
- Lift radiator out of vehicle.
