Fan, Cooling: Removal: Removal

- Disconnect negative cable from auxiliary terminal.
- Disconnect radiator fan electrical connector.
- Remove the screws that secure the wiring harness loom to the upper radiator core support.
- Partially drain cooling system. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Remove upper radiator hose at radiator.
- Remove the oil indicator tube to help aid in the fan assembly removal.
- Remove fasteners and upper clip attaching fan assembly to radiator.
- Remove radiator fan assembly by lifting upward.
