1 - WATER PUMP

2 - MOUNTING BOLT

3 - WATER INLET TUBE NUTS

4 - INLET WATER TUBE

Position water pump assembly (1) and gasket onto cylinder block.
Position water inlet tube (4) and gasket onto water pump (1).
Install mounting bolts (2). Tighten bolts to 25.5 N.m (225 in. lbs.).
Install drive belt splash shield.
Lower vehicle.
Install accessory drive belt. Refer to BELT, SERPENTINE, INSTALLATION .
Evacuate air and refill cooling system. Refer to PUMP, WATER, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
Check cooling system for leaks. Refer to DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING .
