Diagnostic Test
- VERIFY THE DTC IS ACTIVE NOTE:
Make sure the IOD fuse is installed and the battery is fully charged before proceeding.
- Turn the ignition on.
- Using the scan tool, read the active DTCs.
Is the DTC active at this time?
Yes
- Refer to U0100-LOST COMMUNICATION WITH ECM/PCM and perform the diagnostic procedure..
No
- Perform the Stored Lost Communication DTCs diagnostic procedure. Refer to DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING .
