The combination drain valve/Water-In-Fuel (WIF) sensor is located on the bottom of the fuel filter/water separator filter canister.

When the WIF sensor detects water in the fuel filter/water separator, the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) commands on the flashing red indicator light in the ETC, and a warning chime sounds.
