1. Install the oxygen sensor (1). Tighten to 45 N.m (33 ft. lbs.).

2. Install the mid upper turbocharger heat shield (1):
   • Tighten the bolts (2) to 12 N.m (106 in. lbs.).
   • Tighten the nut (4) to 8 N.m (71 in. lbs.).
3. Install the exhaust temperature sensor wire (3) to the lower heat shield (1).

4. Install the oxygen sensor wire harness connector pick-tail (2) to support bracket (3) and connect the oxygen sensor wire harness connector (1).

5. Install the upper turbocharger heat shield (2). Tighten the bolts (1) to 12 N.m (106 in. lbs.).

6. Install the engine cover (1).
7. Connect the negative battery cable.
