CAUTION:

When installing the cooling fan assembly. Care must be used so that the fan shroud does not contact the radiator or the radiator fins. Damaged may cause leaking.

Position radiator cooling fan assembly (1) in vehicle.
Align the lower cooling fan assembly mounting tabs (1) with the radiator mounts (2).

Tighten the lower radiator support (2) bolts (1) to 16 N.m (50 in. lbs.)
If equipped, install the lower engine belly pan.
Lower vehicle.

Install the cooling fan assembly mounting bolts (3). Tighten to 6 N.m (50 in. lbs.).
Connect cooling fan electrical connector (1).
Install the air filter housing. Refer to BODY, AIR CLEANER, INSTALLATION .
Connect the negative battery cable.
Operate engine until it reaches normal operating temperature. Check the fan for proper operation.
