| 6 - UPPER RADIATOR HOSE TUBE MOUNTING NUTS |
- Disconnect and isolate negative battery cable
- Drain cooling system. See Cooling - Standard Procedure .
- Remove air housing. Refer to Engine/Air Intake System/BODY, Air Cleaner - Removal .
- Remove upper intake manifold. Refer to Engine/Manifolds/MANIFOLD, Intake - Removal .
- Remove radiator tube mounting nuts (6).
- Remove radiator hose (1) at thermostat housing (4).
- Remove thermostat housing bolts (3), thermostat housing (4) and thermostat.
- Clean thermostat housing mating surface on lower intake manifold.
