Power Windows

  1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
  2. Remove the power window switch to be tested. See Electrical - Power Systems/Power Windows/SWITCH, Power Window - Removal .
  3. Using an ohmmeter, test switch per the table below.
  4. If test results are not obtained as shown in the test table, replace the switch.

RIGHT VENT WINDOW 1 - 7 900 Ohms 1.5 Ohms 335 Ohms N/A
LEFT VENT WINDOW 3 - 7 900 Ohms 1.5 Ohms 335 Ohms N/A
PASSENGER WINDOW 5 - 7 900 Ohms 1.5 Ohms 335 Ohms N/A
DRIVER WINDOW 6 - 7 900 Ohms 1.5 Ohms 335 Ohms 117 Ohms
