3131-02 Sensor Short To Ground: Notes

• When Monitored: 

  With the ignition on and the Oxygen Sensor Heater command on.

• Set Condition: 

  The ECM detects that the O2 1/1 Heater Control circuit is shorted to ground for 2.0 seconds.
