1. When Monitored: 

   Ignition on, engine running.

2. Set Condition: 

   When the PCM recognizes an internal failure with the software CODE not complying with the software DATA. One trip fault.

Always perform the PRE-DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURE before proceeding.
