1. Install the striker (2) and install the bolts (1).
2. Tighten the bolts to 28 N.m (21 ft. lbs.).
3. Adjust the striker if needed. (Refer to BODY/LIFTGATE/LATCH STRIKER - ADJUSTMENTS) 
4. Install the liftgate trim scuff plate and install the screws.
