Starter Motor: Removal

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. See Fig 1.

  2. Raise vehicle and support. See Fig 2.

  3. Disconnect the solenoid connector.
  4. Remove the positive battery cable.
  5. Remove the upper bolt. See Fig 3.

  6. Remove the lower bolt.
  7. Remove the starter.
