Installation - 1.6L

  1. Install sensor to cylinder head. See Figure.
  2. Tighten screws to 9 N.m (80 in. lbs.).
  3. Connect the electrical connector to the sensor. See Figure.
  4. Relocate and install the 2 bolts to the power steering reservoir.
  5. Relocate the fuel line and radiator over flow hose. See Figure.
  6. Connect the negative battery cable
