Cruise Control Switches

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 Dodge SX and 2003 Dodge Neon. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
NOTE: The cruise control system may also be referred to as the speed control system.

The speed control system is electronically controlled and vacuum operated. The electronic control is integrated into the powertrain control module which is located in the engine compartment. The controls are located on the steering wheel and consist of a single switch. The ON, OFF, SET, RESUME, ACCEL, COAST and CANCEL buttons are located on a lever on the right side of the steering wheel. The system is designed to operate at speeds above 25 MPH.
